First, the seam stitching

(1) Most sheets and rubber flooring (coil or sheet) are suitable for seam stitching.

(2) Sealed splicing seams are not connected on either side

(3) When the removable futsal court construction is laid, the edges of the two floors overlap by about 20 mm, and then cut neatly with a knife to form a dense joint.

(4) If the seam using the sealing splicing is below 1mm, the seam is not easy to be detected. The disadvantage is that the seam will seep water, and the time is long and easy to warp and dust.

(5) For places where the antibacterial requirements are not high and the use environment does not accumulate water, sealing and splicing can be used to achieve a better decorative effect.

Second, cold welding

(1) When the synthesis outdoor soft elastic flooring is laid, use cold soldering liquid or cold solder paste to connect the floor joints.

(2) Cold welding makes the two sides of the floor joint evenly melted (heat welding is fusion)

(3) Using cold welded joints, the gap is narrower at 1mm, the cold weld has no color, and the joint is not easy to be detected. The disadvantage is that the construction is difficult.

(4) Cold welding is divided into two categories: cold soldering fluid, cold solder paste

Cold soldering fluid, suitable for sports flooring with a very narrow seam (less than 1mm), wallpaper, and PVC with a surface;

Cold solder paste, suitable for indirect seams of sports flooring, rubber flooring, wallpaper, etc. with wide seams (less than 4mm), and seams between walls and floors.

Third, hot melt welding

(1) After the sports floor is laid, use the special welding rod corresponding to the material of the sports floor to adjust the temperature of the heat welding according to the type of the ground material.

(2) Thermal welding allows the sides of the wholesale detachable grass protection tiles joint to be evenly fused.

(3) Using heat-welded joints, the gap width is between 3 and 4 mm. Different color welding lines can be used to highlight the joint effect. The disadvantage is that the long-time welding line is easy to crack and fall off.

(4) For sports floors laid on the floor heating system, it is best to use heat welding.

(5) Sports floor coils, sports floors, conductive floor rolls and sheets can be heat welded.
