The Quartz Grinding Machine is mainly used for grinding the finished products and raw materials in the cement plant. In the actual production process, the cylinder of the cement ball mill often breaks due to poor welding quality and causes poor welding quality, which seriously affects production. When welding the cylinder of the cement ball mill, it must be performed in strict accordance with the specified welding process parameters. The welding process parameters of the cement ball mill cylinder include welding current, arc voltage, welding speed, wire diameter, wire extension length and number of weld seams.

1. Welding current
Under normal welding conditions, the penetration depth is directly proportional to the change in welding current. Consciousness means that the welding current affects the shape and size of the weld. When the welding current is too small, the penetration depth will be too shallow, and the remaining height and width of the cylinder will be insufficient. When the welding current is too large, the penetration depth will be too large.
2.Arc voltage
The arc voltage greatly affects the welding formation. When the arc voltage is low, the welding depth is larger, the weld width is narrower, and the cylinder is prone to cracks. On the contrary, when the arc voltage is high, the weld width is increased. The bead is recessed, slag removal is difficult, and the porosity and undercut tendency increase. Therefore, in submerged arc welding, the arc voltage is adjusted according to the welding current.
3.Welding speed
In general, the smaller the welding speed, the larger the welding penetration and width, and the larger the welding speed, the smaller the welding penetration and width. Welding speed also affects the shape of the weld section. Therefore, in order to improve production efficiency, the arc power should be increased while maintaining heat input and welding speed.
4.Welding wire diameter
Under the premise of constant current, the greater the current density of the filament, the higher the deposition rate of the cylinder. So in order to improve production should choose thick wire.
