Ore milling equipment is mainly used for the medium and fine crushing of hard ores and rocks in metallurgy industry, mine industry, chemical industry, cement industry, construction industry, refractory materials industry and ceramic industry and other sectors. It is suitable for crushing all kinds of hard and soft ores with less than 300MPa compressive strength. The discharging mouth of the ore milling equipment depends on the required size of products. In most cases, adjust the sleeve to make the opening hole between the closed side and the crushing lining plates slightly less than the required product size. The adjusting sleeve can be changes again when adjusting the product sizes. The sleeve can also be adjusted to compensate for the wear of crushing cavity and rolling mortar wall.
The primary discharging hole determined by sizes of products is not necessarily the best discharging area or maximum yield hole. The row ore mouth generally depends on the characteristics of materials, power consumption of the motor or engine and work conditions of the supporting sleeve. The discharging mouth of the ore milling equipment changes with the lifting of adjusting sleeve in the supporting sleeve. The adjusting processes of discharging mouth are as follows:
1. Loose the wedge bond with a sledgehammer and the cotter pin oblique iron can prevent inclined iron from flying out. When the load of oblique iron is eliminated, the cotter pin can be tore down. Then kick out the oblique iron with a small force.
2. Adjust the pulley and inclined iron according to their adjustment charts, then connect the wire rope, pulley and cap together. Bypass the steel wire rope through the considerable side of adjusting cap in order to get the required direction of rotation.
3. Place the locking rod next to the adjusting cap to make the pin of locking rod inserted into the locking hole of the by punching the connecting rod. In order to ensure the alignment between the pin hole of adjusting cap flange and the locking rod, if necessary, adjust the cap slightly to a certain rotation direction.
4. Insert the wedge into the locking rod and use a sledgehammer to place it onto the proper position in order to adjust the adjusting sleeve to the crushing position, so the rotating of the sleeve can be avoided. The sledgehammer cannot be used to hit the oblique iron in sequence, but symmetrical alternating order, so as to set a uniform elevation. Oblique iron must be fastened firmly, which can avoid the loose of threads in adjusting sleeve. Use a sledgehammer to batter the iron, when striking the sounds crisp, it means the oblique iron is in the right place.
