3. The aluminum abrasive cutting disc is fragile and must be visually inspected for cracks and damage before use. Before installing the cutting disc, the speed of the spindle of the cutting disc must be checked, and the maximum working speed allowed by the cutting disc must not be exceeded.
4. The cutting disc with a diameter greater than or equal to 200 mm shall be subjected to static balance test after loading the cutting disc chuck. The static balance test should be repeated after the 14 inches cutting disc has been trimmed for the first time or when it is found to be unbalanced during work.
5. After the cutting disc is installed on the main shaft of the cutting disc, the cutting disc guard must be reinstalled, and the position of the guard on the protective cover should be adjusted correctly.
6. The installed cutting disc should first run at a working speed. The dry running time is diameter ≥ 400mm, dry running time is greater than 5min; diameter <400mm dry running time is greater than 2min. The operator should stand in a safe position, ie the side of the cutting disc, during empty running and should not stand in front of the cutting disc or in the tangential direction.
7. The distance between the cutting disc and the workpiece carrier should be less than 1/2 of the minimum outer dimension of the workpiece to be ground, and the maximum is not more than 3 mm. It must be tightened after adjustment.
8. Before grinding, it is necessary to carefully check whether the workpiece is correctly clamped, whether the fastening is firm, and whether the magnetic chuck is malfunctioning. When the magnetic suction cup is used to suck the high and narrow workpiece, the iron block should be placed before and after the workpiece to prevent the workpiece from flying out.
Nine, the amount of feed cannot be too large when the grinding machine is operated. A center bracket should be installed when grinding the outer circumference of the elongated workpiece. The workpiece is not allowed to be measured while driving. It is strictly forbidden to place debris in the working range of the cutting disc rotation and the lateral feed of the cutting disc.
10. The cutting disc with the circumferential surface as the working surface should not be grounded to avoid the cutting disc being broken.
11. After the cutting disc is worn, it is allowed to adjust the spindle speed of the cutting disc to maintain the working speed of the cutting disc, but it is not allowed to exceed the speed indicated on the cutting disc.
12. When grinding fluid is used, the cutting disc for stainless steel is not allowed to be partially immersed in the grinding fluid. When the grinding work stops, the grinding fluid should be stopped first, and the cutting disc continues to rotate until the grinding fluid is cleaned.
13. At the end of the work or at the break of the work, the relevant handle of the grinder should be placed in the “Neutral” position. When a sudden failure occurs during operation, the operator should immediately press the emergency stop button with self-locking.
14. To maintain a clean working environment, clean the workplace 15 minutes before work every day; and do a good job of fire prevention and theft prevention every day, check whether the doors and windows are closed and whether the related equipment and lighting power switch are closed.
