The centerless grinding machine is a kind of grinding machine that grinds the outer circle by external grinding. First, the reasons for the non-circular parts are:

2) The original workpiece has an ovality that is too large, the amount of the tool is small, and the number of grinding is not enough. The number of grindings should be increased appropriately.
3) The cutting disc is blunt. Rework the aluminum abrasive cutting disc.
4) The amount of grinding is too large or the amount of cutting is too large. Reduce the amount of grinding and the speed of the knife.
Second, the reasons for the occurrence of part polygons are:
2) The axial thrust of the part is too large so that the part is pressed against the pin and the rotation cannot be even. Reduce the introduction angle of the grinding machine at 0.5° or 0.25°.
3) The cutting disc is unbalanced. Should balance the cutting disk
4) The center of the part is too high. It is good to reduce the center height of the part properly.
Third, the reasons for the vibration marks on the surface of the parts are:
1) The imbalance of the 14 inches cutting disc causes the machine to vibrate. The cutting disc should be balanced.
2) The center of the part advances to make the workpiece jump. The center of the workpiece should be lowered appropriately.
3) The blunt cutting disk or the polished surface of the cutting disc. Simply cut the disc or increase the cutting disc dressing speed as appropriate.
4) If the adjustment wheel rotates too fast, the adjustment wheel selection speed should be reduced appropriately.


Fourth, the workpiece has a taper (the method and step of tuning the centerless grinder)
1) The cutting disc is not properly trimmed and has a taper.
2) The surface of the cutting disc and the guide wheel are worn out. Replace the wear-free guide wheel or cutting disc.
3) The angle of inclination of the front and rear guides is too large or small. The front guide and the adjustment front guide should be properly moved parallel to the guide bus bar. The guide surface of the adjusted warranty is parallel to the guided bus and in a line. V. Reasons for the large center and the small head of the workpiece
1) The front and rear guides are even inclined to the side of the cutting disc. Elimination method: the front and rear guides should be adjusted.
2) The cutting disc is trimmed into a waste drum shape. Elimination method: The cutting disc for stainless steel should be modified, and the allowance should not be too large each time.
Sixth, the front end of the workpiece is ground to a small piece
1) The front guide protrudes from the surface of the guide pulley, and the front guide should be moved back a little.
2) The adjustment wheel and the front end of the grinding wheel are not in a straight line and the difference is too large. The longest of the two should be replaced or modified.
3) Grinding too much at the grinding inlet. The amount of grinding at the grinding inlet should be appropriately reduced.
