The ore is ground in the Raymond mill mainly by the impact crushing force generated when the raymond mill is thrown off and the relative sliding of the raymond mill to the ore. Impact crushing force, grinding and crushing capacity and processing capacity have a certain relationship with the size of the raymond mill.
According to the test results of the predecessors, the size of the raymond mill is proportional to the impact crushing force, the grinding and pulverizing ability, and the processing amount of the raymond mill falling under the same amount.
It is inversely proportional to the single energy consumption and grinding fineness of the raymond mill within a certain range. If the raymond mill is too large, the grinding grain size may not be reached.
Therefore, in the case of large hardness, large particle size and large grinding grain size, the raymond mill size is appropriately increased, and the effect is remarkable in increasing production, energy saving and consumption reduction.
