2. The balance of the cutting piece

The unbalanced cutting piece will produce vibration when rotating at high speed, the quality of the color ringing processing and the precision of the machine tool. 3. Trimming of the cutting piece
During the grinding process, the abrasive grains of the cutting piece are gradually rounded and become dull under the action of friction and extrusion, or when the tough material is ground, the grinding debris is often embedded in the pores on the surface of the cutting piece, so that the cutting piece is cut. The surface is clogged and eventually the cutting blade loses its cutting ability. At this time, a slip phenomenon occurs between the dicing sheet and the workpiece, and vibration and noise may be caused, the grinding efficiency is lowered, and the surface roughness is deteriorated. At the same time, due to the increase of grinding force and grinding heat, it will cause deformation of the workpiece and affect the grinding precision. In severe cases, it will cause burns and fine cracks on the grinding surface.
